- Exhibitors selling a ham/bacon in the silent auction must check in with the Ham Superintendent in the 4H building between 2:30 and 5:30 on auction day or your ham/bacon WILL NOT sell.
- It is the Judge’s discretion as to the cut off between live auction and silent auction.
- Eligible hams/bacons that didn’t qualify for the live auction, will be on display Friday prior to the sale. These hams/bacons will be available as a silent auction item. The silent auction will be from 3:00-5:30 pm, prior to the livestock sale.
- No exhibitor may enter more than 1 cured ham and 1 bacon. Only one meat item may sell, whether in the silent auction or premium sale. If a meat item sells in the silent auction, that counts as 1 of the two items an exhibitor is allowed to sell.
